Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with UPS and DHL for all shipments. If you have a preferred shipping method, please include a request in your order notes.
Once your package is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status and coordinate with the courier if necessary.

Returns & Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours with a 5% transaction fee.
- If production has already started, orders cannot be canceled. A 20%-30% restocking and handling fee will apply.
Returns & Replacement
🔹 Faulty Items:
- If your doll differs from the default product images due to incorrect options, contact customer service immediately.
- We will offer a replacement doll or replacement parts depending on the issue.
- The doll must be returned within 3 days of receipt, unused, and in its original packaging.
🔹 Damaged Items:
- We thoroughly inspect every doll before shipment to ensure quality.
- If your doll arrives with visible damage, contact us immediately at support@usbbdoll.com with photos or videos.

Minor damage due to shipping: We will provide a repair kit.

Severe damage: An unboxing video and photos are required for verification before a replacement can be arranged.

- If any items are missing from your package, notify us immediately upon receipt.
- Do not return or refuse the package directly.
- Do not send returns to the address on the package, as it is not valid for receiving returns.
